Deposit & Payment
BY CREDIT CARD:
With Visa or Master Card - Myanmar Holidays™ is supported by the payment system of MYANMAR HOLIDAYS. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard.
After you have received your Order from us through a link, please check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please read & agree with Terms and Conditions before clicking to pay.
You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card .
Note: In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
- In correct card information
- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
The 30% deposit will be required so that your booking will soon be guaranteed.
REMAIN BALANCE: The balance 70% of total price will be settled no later than 65 days prior to cruise departure date.
CHILD DISCOUNT
Free of charge for one child who is under the age of four years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and share the same room with them. This discount is subject to availability for airfares and will be charged if any usage of airfare on tour.
A tour price of 75% of full paying adult will be charged for one child from 4 to 11 year old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided without any payment.
Children at the age of twelve or older will be charged as an adult. Please be prepared to show appropriate identification clearly stating the date of birth when confirming the services.
Cancellation & Amendaments
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Myanmar, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:
● More than 45 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees. (Because to book accommodations for your tour, we need to pre pay for all hotels as in your itinerary)
● 07 – 14 days: 22 - 45 days prior to departure: 60% on total value of the Tour Cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
● 01 – 06 days: Within 1-22 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
● No-Show: 100% on total charge.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Myanmar Holidays™ Cancellation received up to 45 days before departure.
You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.
Terms and Conditions
ALTERATION OF ITINERARY
Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. Alterations after payment of the deposit will attract a fee of $25.00 per request. All expenses incurred by Myanmar Holidays™ in alteration of the booking are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels.
INSURANCE
Myanmar Holidays™ is an inbound travel agency; therefore it will not be possible to arrange any insurance for the clients. We advise them to contact an insurance company in the country of residence. However, it is possible to let us act as an intermediary link between the client and their insurance company.
We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Myanmar Holidays™ is not applicable where only hotel or Myanmar flight booking are purchased through Myanmar Holidays™.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Myanmar Holidays™ has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Myanmar Holidays™ will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
COMMUNICATIONS
You can contact Myanmar Holidays™ via the web form from Myanmar Holidays™, email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Myanmar Holidays™ in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Myanmar Holidays™ customer service center at sales@myanmarholidays.com or phone at (+84-96) 601-83-69 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry in accordance with the terms of our Terms and Conditions.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Myanmar Holidays™ provides tour information and Myanmar tour bookings. Myanmar Holidays™ publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators. Myanmar Holidays™ will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.
We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Myanmar Holidays™.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Myanmar Holidays™ 's control. Neither Myanmar Holidays™ nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
We is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations.
We is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
Myanmar Holidays™ reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Myanmar Holidays™ has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Myanmar Holidays™ is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.
Many of Myanmar Holidays™ tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Myanmar Holidays™, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after it said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
Myanmar Holidays™ reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE
Myanmar Holidays™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
Best Price Guarantee
At Myanmar Holidays™, we always try to provide the best and better price to customer.
In case you booked a cruise with Myanmar Holidays™ and then you found a package that satisfy all the following conditions:
1. Same type
2. Same package
3. Same date
4. Same delay and cancelation policy
5. Same payment conditions (Deposit, full pay or nonrefundable...)
At the lower price, we could provide you the package you booked for at the price equivalent to that.
As you found the lower price, you can contact us the email sales@myanmarholidays.com and provide us the following information:
Show the email of booking with Myanmar Holidays™ (Included: rate, package type, date...)
Provide the website url where you found the better rate and provide a screenshot of our online competitor travel site indicating clearly the availability, same type, same payment conditions and the rates for the same travel period booked with us
IMPORTANT! Show the evidence that out competitor truly offer you the rate which they public not the example or approximate rate.
If you could show enough evidence, after checking all conditions, we would proceed refund you.
- In case you have not paid for your booking with us, we will directly put a cut on the amount of money you have to pay.
- In case you have paid for your booking already, we would refund you in cash as you came to Vietnam.
